Relationship Tracking and Targeting

The relationship map in OnePlace visualizes how all the relationships held against a company and contact are connected. More than just known-by relationships, the map displays other relationships types such as Board of Director and Previous Employer information. Filters add focus, for example by only showing a subset or certain types of relationships.

Professionals can easily and rapidly consume relationship data and use connections for additional insight or help when pursuing new business opportunities.

Contact activity tracking

  • OnePlace looks at the activities that have contributed to the record and maps them by type and by day, week, month or year.
  • The view is available on the contact record and company record.
  • Allows a user to more effectively analyze the interactions with a contact and/or a company.
