Relationship Tracking and Targeting

The relationship map allows a user to see how all the relationships held against a company and contact are connected. More than just Known by relationships the map displays other relationships that are captured such as Board of Director and Previous Employer relationships. The map can be filtered to show a subset of relationships as well as only certain types of relationships.

The solution provides a way for users to easily and rapidly consume relationship data. It allows users to identify relationships that can help provide insight or advantage when trying to win business from a company.

Contact activity tracking

  • OnePlace looks at the activities that have contributed to the record and maps them by type and by day, week, month or year.
  • The view is available on the contact record and company record.
  • Allows a user to more effectively analyze the interactions with a contact and/or a company.
